About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Training Coordinator to join our team in the Consumer Support Services industry. As a Clinical Training Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs for our clinical staff to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care to our clients. You will work closely with the clinical team to identify training needs and develop training materials that are engaging and effective. Your ultimate goal will be to ensure that our clinical staff are well-trained and confident in their abilities to provide exceptional care to our clients.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in clinical training or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of clinical training best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a related field
  • Experience in the Consumer Support Services industry
  • Experience with e-learning platforms and tools

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement training programs for clinical staff
  • Collaborate with clinical team to identify training needs
  • Create engaging and effective training materials
  • Conduct training sessions for clinical staff
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed
