Our Code of Conduct Integrity: Always in Sight provides high-level guidance and expectations about how we conduct ourselves in performance of this important work as well as resources that are available to help us answer tough questions, make good, informed decisions, and act on those decisions with integrity. It also provides detailed information about how and where to report any violations of laws, regulations, and policies that apply to the work we do and the places where we do it.

Integrity: Always In Sight was drafted with the critical contributions of the Orbis Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Advisory Council, who applied an equity lens across Orbis’s Code of Conduct. The Advisory Council identifies, responds to, and advises on the priorities and actions needed to become an inclusive organization that embraces diversity and equity across all aspects of our work. The Advisory Council is a collective of employees from around the world and each offers their perspective, seeks and shares the voices of colleagues, and adds global, national, and practical nuance to areas of action.
