Manu’s legal career spans international structuring, corporate governance, compliance, mergers and acquisitions, and complex contract negotiation matters. He came to Orbis from WME|IMG, a global sports, fashion, and media company that formed in 2014 with IMG's sale and merger with WME. Manu administered IMG’s global diligence process leading up to the sale and managed subsequent integration projects, including the formation and operationalization of a new joint venture in China.
Manu worked closely with the The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and served on the Board of Trustees for the New York City chapter between 2014 and 2020. In 2012, he was named the chapter’s Man of the Year for his efforts.
Manu holds a B.A. in Psychology with a concentration in Neuroscience from Vanderbilt University, a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School, and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.
