Our activity
It's Delta Gamma's goal to foster an atmosphere in which women develop a deeper love and consideration for mankind, a more profound understanding of the purpose of life, and a basic wisdom upon which to build their lives.

Through Delta Gamma's "Service for Sight, Aid to the Blind," members will be collecting money for ORBIS from friends, family and fellow Panhellenic organizations, as well as through sponsored events such as mixers and formal dances. 

Why we support ORBIS
Delta Gamma sorority sister Andrea Wenzel observed the ORBIS Flying Eye Hospital in action in Peru in 2006.

"The ORBIS personnel were able to make such a difference in the short time I was there, and 'saving sight worldwide' became a passion of mine," Andrea said. "When I joined Delta Gamma in 2007 and learned about their philanthropy, I knew the two organizations had to come together. Starting with the Alpha Tau chapter in Indianapolis, we hope to expand our fundraising for ORBIS to encompass all Delta Gamma chapters."
