Hello. My name is Bobbie Boggs and I'm a freelance make-up artist with B.B. Luxe Beauty. I'm going to bridge artistry and soul to help people attain the gift of sight. I will be teaming up with ORBIS International to present  " B.B. Luxe's Big, Bad Benefit for the Blind." This marvelous night will be filled with music, dancing and wonderful food and a spectacular raffle. This fabulous event will take place on Saturday, February 16 at The Canyon Hideout in Santa Monica, California from 8 p.m to 11 p.m. You can donate here on the website or at the event.  

Why I support ORBIS
Just a few months ago, I came across ORBIS International and was intrigued by their Flying Eye Hospital, which is housed in a DC-10 and flies to developing countries to treat people who are needlessly blind. ORBIS is a nonprofit organization devoted to blindness prevention and treatment in developing countries, where 90 percent of the world’s blind live. I admire their work tremendously. "37 million people in the world are blind, and 28 million of them don't have to be." Enough said!

I support ORBIS for so many reasons, one being that I like what they're all about. I also love how innovative and effective their team is and who they've attracted for this mission. Orbis ROCKS!
