ORBIS International is indebted to its volunteer pilots, who make it possible for the Flying Eye Hospital to deliver the gift of sight throughout the developing world.

Volunteer pilots, made up of current or retired pilots from FedEx and United Airlines, receive complimentary training through FedEx. Our volunteer flight mechanics and aircraft maintenance technicians ensure that the Flying Eye Hospital is always in proper condition.

Through our aviation professionals, ORBIS is able to reach millions who are blind or at risk of losing their eyesight.
